We are committed to developing the workforce in our region by working with independent sector health employers and stakeholders, including the Strategic Health Authority and Learning Skills Council. By doing so we aim to:

- Work with you to find workable solutions to the most pressing needs of your workforce, and ensure you have access to all available funding streams
- Share labour market information which will inform employers' priorities on workforce development.
