Acceptance onto the course is through an application and interview process. Once you've been accepted there is an induction period before you progress onto the full programme and start going out on placement. During this time you'll also be attending college.
There are several colleges working in partnership with us to deliver the Cadet Programme in the North West, all of which offer excellent training programmes.
